Making and editing videos has always been a favorite hobby of mine. I was fortunate to be able to use my skills in a professional setting while at Downtown Little Rock Partnership. As Communications Director, I crafted videos primarily to promote upcoming public events and initiatives of our office.
These videos featured below are from my final year and were created for social media distribution. Some are full on event trailers, featuring footage captured from previous events, and others are intended to be short teasers, focused on a specific piece of information.
"Barkus on Main" (03/31/2019)
"Africa Day Fest" (05/25/2019)
"East Village Jam" (06/15/2019)
"80's Mall Party" (07/13/2019)
"Main Street Food Truck Festival" (09/22/2019)
"Bright the Night" (11/25/2019)
"Public Spaces Committee" (2019)
"Downtown Little Rock Partnership Presidents - Annual Meeting" (2019)
This video is different from those featured above. It was made with a professional video company for the occasion of our organization's Annual Meeting. While I did not craft the video myself, I wrote the questions and interviewed the participants as well as researched and found archival pictures.
